ab56184 staining CLLD8/SETDB2 in 293T cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.After 2–6 days, the cells grown on coverslips were washed and fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized, and incubated with ab56184 at a 1/50 dilution for 1 hour at 37 °C. A secondary antibody directed against the rabbit primary antibody conjugated with Alexa-Fluor 488 was used for detection. The nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
