ab55679 staining CNOT2 in mouse ES cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. The cells were methanol fixed and then blocked using 0.2% fish scale gelatin for 1 hour at 25°C. Samples were then incubated with primary antibody at 1/300 for 20 minutes at 25°C.
