ChIP analysis using ab91654 binding CRTC3 in Human neuroblastoma cells. Cells were cross-linked for 10 minutes with 1% formaldehyde. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (0.2µg/10^6 cells) for 12 hours at 4°C.
