ab3085 staining Cyclin D2 in murine embryonic fibroblast cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed at room temperature for 5 minutes, permeabilised in 0.1% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes and then blocked using 10% house serum, 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were then incubated with primary antibody at 2µg/ml for 16 hours at 4°C. The secondary antibody used was a goat anti-mouse IgG conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 546 (red) used at a 1/500 dilution.
