Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human prostate carcinoma tissue labelling CY51A1 wit ab135723. A peroxidase-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Flow cytometry analysis of HL60 cells labelling CYP51A1 with ab135723 at 1/10 dilution (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
