Cytohesin 2 antibody (ab56510) used in immunohistochemistry at 3ug/ml on formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human colon.
ab56510 staining Cytohesin 2 in Human AGS Gastric Carcinoma cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with acetone, permeabilzed with 0.025% Triton X in TBS and blocked with 5% serum for 1 hour at 23°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (3 µg/ml in blocking buffer) for 1 hour at 23°C. An undiluted Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
ab56510 staining Cytohesin 2 in Human stomach tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with acetone, permeabilized with TBS + 0.025% Triton X 100 and blocked with 5% serum for 1 hour at 23°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (3 µg/ml in blocking buffer) for 1 hour at 23°C. An undiluted HRP-conjugated Goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody. ![Overlay histogram showing Caco 2 cells stained with ab56510 (red line). The cells were fixed with 80% methanol (5 min) and incubated in 1x PBS / 10% normal goat serum / 0.3M glycine to block non-specific protein-protein interactions. The cells were then incubated with the antibody (ab56510, 1µg/1x106 cells) for 30 min at 22ºC. The secondary antibody used was DyLight® 488 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) (ab96879) at 1/500 dilution for 30 min at 22ºC. Isotype control antibody (black line) was mouse IgG2a [ICIGG2A] (ab91361, 1µg/1x106 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >5,000 events was performed.Please note that Abcam do not have any data for use of this antibody on non-fixed cells.
