ab21200 staining DLC1 in Human oral cancer and adjacent normal tissue by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at 27°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (in 1% BSA in TBS) for 18 hours at 4°C. A biotinylated rabbit polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
