Flow cytometric analysis of 2% paraformaldehyde fixed A549 cells labeling DPP1 with ab192019 at a 1/340 dilution (red) compared to a Rabbit monoclonal IgG isotype control (green).  Secondary staining was with Goat anti Rabbit IgG (FITC) at 1/50 dilution.
