ab8415 staining DR4 in Human breast tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 1.5% serum for 10 minutes at 16°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in 1.5% Normal horse serum) for 2 hours at 16°C. An undiluted Biotin-conjugated Human pan-specific polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
