<B>Immunoblotting</B><BR/>Rabbit Anti-EWS Antibody, Affinity Purified: <B>Cat. No. PLA0104</B>: Detection of Human EWS by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 and 100 μg in A; 50 μg for Input and one 10 cm plate for IP in B) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-EWS Antibody (<B>Cat. No. PLA0104</B>) used at 0.2 and 0.1 μg/mL for WB (A) and at 3 μg/10 cm plate for IP (B). Immunoprecipitation was also performed with normal Rabbit IgG (Ctrl IgG), and Anti-EWS Antibodies recognizing different epitopes. Immunoprecipitated EWS was blotted using Antibody at 0.05 μg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of ~1 second (A) and 10 seconds (B).
