<B>Immunoblotting</B><BR/>Rabbit Anti-MSH2 Antibody, Affinity Purified: <B>Cat. No. PLA0106</B>: Detection of Human MSH2 by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: A) Whole cell lysate (5, 15, or 50 μg) from HeLa, Ramos (Lane R) and NIH3T3 (Lane M) cells. B) Whole cell lysate (50 μg for Input; 1 mg for IP) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-MSH2 Antibody (<B>Cat. No. PLA0106</B>) used at 0.1 μg/mL for WB (A) and at 3 μg/mg lysate for IP (B). MSH2 was also immunoprecipitated using affinity purified Rabbit Anti-MSH2 Antibody recognizing a different epitope at 3 μg/mg lysate. Immunoprecipitated MSH2 was blotted using Antibody at 0.1 μg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A and B).
