Data was plotted on an XY graph in the log scale and a four parameter algorithm (4PL) formula was used for curve fitting
The RSK1 p90 ELISA kit was used to measure the levels of protein in Human (HeLa) and monkey (Cos7) sample lysates.
HeLa, MCF7 and HepG2 lysates were either diluted in blocking buffer to 1mg/mL and loaded on the ELISA plate or diluted in SDS-PAGE loading buffer and loaded at 30 µg per lane prior to blotting with the capture antibody used in this kit.
Both capture (left) and detector (right) antibodies were tested by western blot with the recombinant protein included in this kit. This is a full length RSK1 p90 recombinant protein with a N-terminal tag and a predicted MW of 108 kDa. The blot was performed under reducing conditions. Membranes were blocked with 5% Milk in TBS + 0.1% Tween-20 (TBST). Non labeled primary antibodies were incubated with 5% Milk in TBST overnight. Secondary antibody (GAR HRP) was incubated in 5% Milk in TBST prior to development
