Hydrolysis of ß-Casein by ab14447 . ß-Casein (0.5 mg/ml) was incubated in 50 mM TrisHCl, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl 2 with htrA1 (5 µg/ml). After various time intervals aliquots of the reaction mixtures were withdrawn and analyzed by SDS-PAGE.
