Following incubation, the IL-28 R alpha rmIL-28B complex was captured in a goat anti-mFc-coated plate. Bound IL-28B was measured using biotinylated goat anti-mIL-28B. The concentration of rmIL-28B that produces 50% of the optimal binding was found to be approximately 0.7-3.5 μg/mL.
