Subcellular Location	Nucleus. Cytoplasm. Note=Shuttles between the nucleus and the cytoplasm in a TNPO1-dependent manner.
Tissue Specificity	Expressed in heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney, pancreas, spleen, thymus, prostate, testis, ovary, small intestine, colon and leukocytes.
