Western Blotting Analysis: <br />Representative lot data. <br />Untreated (lane 1) and PNGase F treated (lane 2) mouse P7 brain tissue lysate was probed with Anti-MDGA1 (0.5 µg/mL). <br />Proteins were visualized using a Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. <br />Arrow indicates MDGA1 (~130 kDa). This antibody recognizes glycosolated (>160 kDa) (lane 1) and deglycosolated MDGA1 (lane 2). An uncharacterized band may be observed at ~48 kDa in some tissue lysates.
