Subcellular Location Isoform 1: Secreted, extracellular space, extracellular matrix. Membrane. Nucleus. Note=Colocalizes with integrin alphaV/beta3 at the membrane surface in angiogenic blood vessels and melanomas. Found in mitochondria, along microfibrils, and in nuclei of cardiomyocytes.
